Description
Profile: This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants
to get involved with a small company that is growing, possesses strong
technology skills, desires to continue to learn, has lots of energy,
and manages themselves exceptionally well. Job Description: This individual will work with our team of consultants and directly with clients, implementing customer relationship management (CRM) tools from Microsoft and Salesforce.com. In this role, you will be installing, configuring, customizing, integrating and migrating data into Microsoft CRM and Salesforce.com. You will also be asked to provide custom coding to extend the functionality of these systems using .NET programming techniques and SQL Server. You may also be called upon to participate in the development of custom web sites using DotNetNuke. You will wear many hats and must be ready to do whatever it takes to exceed our clients expectations.
Job Requirements: * Very strong IT skills (at least two of the following): * Hands-on work configuring Microsoft CRM and/or Salesforce.com * Development experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET or other Visual Studio components * SQL Server experience with stored procedures, report writing using SSRS and using ADO.NET * Installation and management of Microsoft infrastructure (Exchange, Active Directory, IIS) * Development of web sites in DotNetNuke or SharePoint
* Exceptional communication skills: You must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both in writing and verbally. In some cases, you may be required to gather a list of needs from our clients and/or deliver training to our clients.
* Self-motivated and self-directed: You will need to be able to take a project and execute on it with very little day-to-day management. Good time management and proactive communication internally and with the client are very important.

Office
Manager
Customer Connect is in search of an
outstanding Office Manager to join our growing team. If you have
exceptional administrative skills and have been the person that makes a small
business operation run smoothly, then we would like to talk to you. You
will have the responsibilities of Office Management, HR Management, Accounting
Manager and Marketing Assistant.
We are looking for that rare individual who can work autonomously, has a vision
for a well run office, knows how to organize a busy executive and who will

Your duties will include:
- Accounting Duties:
- Work with our Bookkeeper, CPA and clients as well as
with our team of consultants
- Expense Reports
- Manage Outgoing Invoicing
- Manage Incoming Invoices
- Filing
- Tax Preparation assitance with our CPA
- Collections
- Provide regular accounting reports to management
- HR Duties:
- Manage getting new employees trained on all basic
procedures
- Advocate for the ongoing professional development of
our team and manage employee training/development budgets
- Develop written company policies
- Marketing Assistant Duties
- Post press releases to our website
- Proof read press releases from our PR firm
- Manage our sales events and webinars
- Enter new leads and other information into our
customer database
- Client duties:
- Function as a CRM assistant to our clients who require
data entry help
- Take incoming calls for support from our clients and
assign them to the appropriate team member or queue for response
- Other administrative duties:
- Retrieve daily mail, filter junk and distribute
- Answer all incoming phone calls, route to appropriate
person, voice mail or arrange appointments
- Purchase and store office supplies
- Maintain the company electronic library of document
templates, process guides, etc
- Create standardized client documents (quotes,
estimates, etc) on an as needed basis
- Proofread proposals and presentations
- Manage production of documents (presentations, proposals,
marketing material) including printing, copying, binding, shipping
- Manage the calendar and email of the CEO
- Keep office equipment (such as printers) in good
working order
- Partnership Management: Work with our technology
partners to ensure that we are following all appropriate policies and
procedures to remain in good standing and accelerate our relationships
with them.
You will
be given some flexibility with your schedule - but you must also be highly
flexible in being available at any hour to pull materials together very quickly
when necessary.
