More than anything else, we define ourselves as having an attitude of service. Our first service is to each other – to our team – and our second service is to our clients. Our definition of service: proactively identifying and solving problems, communicating clearly and frequently, acting with humility and delivering more than is expected.

Objectivity

Our experience is that objectivity is one of the most valuable but rarest qualities in the business world. We seek to lay aside self-interests to do what is in the best interest of our clients and our co-workers in every recommendation, deliverable and decision. Objectivity will permeate our business from sales to delivery to service. To be objective, we must be assured that we are the best possible decision for our clients to make (in our selected areas of focus) – so we must always keep our skills fresh and our options open, reinventing ourselves when necessary.

Leadership

We recognize that our clients have entrusted us with a position of leadership. We listen to their needs and guide them through projects that are often complex and confusing. We lead by communicating – setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback. We lead by training – taking care to maintain the highest possible levels of knowledge to offer to our clients. We lead by experience – giving our clients the confidence of a team that has successfully delivered many times. We lead by example – taking our own advice, taking responsibility for our actions and giving others an example to follow.

From internal meetings to sales demonstrations to project deliverables our goal is to deliver value in every interaction. We want people to leave every encounter with us having a clear sense that their time has been invested well and that their business goals have been advanced as a result of the relationship that they have with Customer Connect.
