Customer Connect Associates has hired Matt Wittemann as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant. Matt holds 3 CRM certifications from Microsoft and has been designated by Microsoft as an MVP with their Customer Relationship Management solution. He is one of only a very few Microsoft MVPs who focuses on CRM. Matt maintains a CRM blog visited by over 30,000 people per year, which can be found at www.dynamics-crm.com.
Wittemann comes to Customer Connect from gTECHserv, where he founded and led the company’s Microsoft CRM consultancy service. Previous to gTECHserv, Wittemann worked at J.A. Jones and as a freelance writer. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte in 2000.

CORNELIUS – Geoff Ables, President of Customer Connect Associates (www.customer-connect.com), will be a featured speaker at the National Center for Database Marketing (NCDM) annual conference in Las Vegas. Along with Edward Cullen of Hewlett-Packard and Larry Tilson of Morehead Associates, Ables will present “Accelerating Performance Through Integrated B2B Sales and Marketing”on the first day of the three-day conference.
