The library section of our website is your link to valuable resources for customer relationship management (CRM) and database marketing.  Included in this area are news releases, articles, white papers, downloads, worksheets, planning guides and free add-ons for popular CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.

Customer Connect Associates Chosen as Stevie Award Finalist

Customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm Customer Connect Associates (www.customer-connect.com), has been selected by the Stevie Awards as a finalist in its “Selling Power Sales Excellence Awards” in the category of Demand Generation Program of the Year.  Customer Connect is being recognized for the Microsoft “Deminar” it held in April of this year, at which it showcased several new Microsoft products, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. 

“This is a tremendous honor,” says Customer Connect President Geoff Ables.  “Being a finalist means that a panel of judges has deemed our Deminar worthy of international recognition.”

The Sales Excellence Awards are jointly presented by Selling Power magazine, the leading sales management publication with 145,000 subscribers in 67 countries, and The Stevie® Awards, which have been hailed as “the business world’s own Oscars” by the New York Post (April 27, 2005).  Winners will be announced during a gala banquet on Thursday, December 6 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.  Nominated sales executives from around the world are expected to attend.
