Exclusive Preview of Microsoft CRM 4.0 at Success Accelerators Event Co-hosted by Customer Connect Associates

Customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm Customer Connect Associates will host Success Accelerators 2008 along with partner companies Ettain Group, New Horizons and SoftChoice.  The event, which will feature Microsoft- and CRM-related workshops as well as the Microsoft Across America demo truck, will take place March 6 from 8:30 am to noon at Microsoft’s Charlotte Campus, 8050 Microsoft Way, 28273. This event is free but online registration is required. Please visit www.successaccelerators.com to register and you will automatically be entered into drawings for Windows One Care, MapPoint, Zune Player, Office 2007 and Windows Vista.

At 8:30 am on March 6, registration opens and demonstrations of Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft CRM will begin in the Microsoft Across America truck. Workshops will run from 9 am until noon covering the following topics:

- "Get Customers Faster and Keep Customer Longer with CRM" including an exclusive preview of Microsoft CRM 4.0 presented by Customer Connect

- "Manage Operations More Efficiently Using SharePoint 2007" presented by ettain group

- "Hot Tips for Microsoft Office 2007" presented by New Horizons
