Midrex Corporation Chooses Customer Connect
Customer Connect Associates has been chosen by Midrex Direct Reduction Corporation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services. The services that Customer Connect will provide to the steelmaking process engineering and technology firm include sales acceleration, technical service and performance of marketing functions using the just-released Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 tool.
